Mint vinegar
Instructions
In an airtight container to soak a handful shredded Mint in 100 cl of white wine vinegar.
Crush a few leaves, stir and let stand for 2 weeks; then stir it again and wait for another 3 weeks.
Filter with a strainer and pour into sterilized glass bottles.
Inserted into bottles a sprig of fresh mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 handful of mint
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
