Fried garfish
Instructions
Clean the needlefish and depriving them of the head eviscerandole.
Wash them and dry them.
Prepare a marinade with a mince of garlic, parsley, Rosemary, juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper; pour it on and let marinate 2 needlefish hours.
Cook then grilled, spolverizzandole on the top with the breadcrumbs.
Serve with a fresh salad.

- 2 cloves of garlic
