A charming after-dinner born probably in Paris during World War I.

Decidedly alcoholic cocktails, prepared by a shaker 6/10 cold gin, 2/10 of apricot brandy, Calvados 2/10.

Shake well and seeps through the strainer in the Martini Cup.

The choice of the distillate may give Apple notes and different shades.

You can garnish with a slice of Apple.
