Roast beef in salmoriglio
Instructions
Brush with lard meat, wrap it in aluminum foil, close ermeticammente and bake at 220 degrees already for the first 5-6 minutes, then at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare salmoriglio heating Bain-Marie in a saucepan with oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Cut the roast into slices and drizzle with the sauce.
