Fried codfish in tomato sauce
Instructions
Clean up the cod against thorns and cut it into pieces.
Heat a little oil and add the crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper and chopped garlic and parsley, then cook for about twenty minutes.
Meanwhile dredge cod pieces, FRY in abundant oil and piping hot, place them on paper towels and serve immediately covered by the prepared sauce.
