Venison with batting lampascioni and tomatoes
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes in pyramids.
The knife chop the venison and get a Burger; cook it pouring over hot oil, flavoured with herbs.
Season it with salt and serve with lampascioni under oil and a slice of toast.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of deer meat
- 100 g of lampascioni under oil
- 200 g of beefsteak tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Pepper
- 1 slice of bread
