Instructions
Place the flour on the table and put the beaten eggs with salt, sugar, oil and anise seeds.
Work well the dough, let it rest, cut into large pieces as hazel nuts and level them off with the rolling pin to form of waffles.
Arrange on baking tray greased with oil and bake them in the oven until golden.

- 400 g of sifted flour
- 200 g of fine sugar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of aniseed
- 1 pinch of salt
