Stuffed squid on a bed of tomatoes
Instructions
Clean the squid and are stuffed with its own chopped tentacles and processed with a chopped tomato, chopped parsley and bread crumbs; close with a toothpick, and cook it in a pan with oil and garlic for 5 minutes per side.
Serve with a salad of diced tomatoes into wedges and served with olive oil, salt and pepper.

- 4 cluster tomatoes
- 2 slices of bread
- Chopped parsley
