1 fillet of sea bream fish in olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and Spice it with fennel seeds.
Cut into semicircles Eggplant slices and FRY in a pan with oil, give it the same shape of fillet fish and caciocavallo cheese in slices; alternating three layered ingredients and bake the Parmesan for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve the warm-cold with a light sauce of liquorice (liquorice powder and water).
