Cauliflower au Gratin (Cavolfiori al Gratin)
Instructions
Wash cauliflower well after divided into florets.
Place them in a grid for steaming over two fingers of water and cook covered pot for 5 minutes from boil.
Place the cauliflower florets in a buttered baking dish; by seasoning them with salt, nutmeg, pepper, cheese and bechamel sauce to be coated.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 1 cauliflower
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg
- 1 walnut butter
- 33 cl of bechamel
- Salt
- Pepper
