Nectar rabbit, depriving it of the head and front legs, wash it in water and vinegar, dry it and cut it into 8 pieces.
Accommodate you in a bowl; ricorpirli with chopped fine herbs and scallions, stir and marinate for 2 hours.
Accommodate the pieces of rabbit in aluminum foil, add salt, pepper, reseal and cook in the oven piping hot for 40 minutes.
Serve with raw oil and Mixed Greens.
