Iced cup of strawberries and mascarpone cream
Instructions
Blend the strawberries and strain the juice; bathe the sponge fingers.
Meanwhile, whip the egg yolks with sugar and marsala incorporate the mascarpone worked and softened and last the egg whites; in a bowl combine the cream with savoiardi dunked strawberries and juice other strawberries cut into pieces.
Serve with cocoa powder on the top layer of cream and mint leaves.

- 10 savoiardi biscuits

- 2 eggs
