Lamb chops with mashed
Instructions
Peel the garlic cloves, cut in half lengthwise and Blanch for 2 minutes in a pan with half a litre of boiling water; Repeat for 3 times by changing the water every time.
Drain them and processing them with cream; pour the sauce into a bowl, add the chopped Basil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Brush the chops with oil, season with salt and pepper; to heat a non-stick pan and fry the chops for 3 minutes on both sides making them Brown.
Coat the top of the pork chops with Garlic Puree and let brown slightly in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
Serve with sautéed mushrooms.
