Mushroom cream with lime chicken bricks
Instructions
Blanch the mushrooms and sauté in a pan with oil, salt and sautéed chopped onion; combine the lime juice, Deglaze with white wine and bring to cooking with vegetable broth; blend and emulsify with olive oil.
Cut the chicken into bricks and sauté in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes; combine the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
Serve the chicken on the end stew cream of mushrooms to lime.
