Handkerchiefs with prawns
Instructions
Clean the prawns and broccoli.
Cook the broccoli into florets.
Braise the shallot in the oil and add the shrimp, making them jump 1 minute; Deglaze with the wine, add the broccoli, salt and pepper; Boil the handkerchiefs in salted boiling water with 1 tablespoon oil, drain them and giving them in the pan with the shrimp.
