Pan-fried pork slices
Instructions
Flour the meat slices and brown them in oil heated with the shallot, salt and pepper.
Deglaze with the wine and add the capers desalted under running water.
After a few minutes add the juice of half a lemon, then remove the meat and place on warm dishes well; to thicken the broth and napparvi the slices of meat.

- 600 g of sliced pork loin
- 1 handful of pantelleria capers
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 lemon
- Flour
- Dry white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
