Smoothie with banana, figs and grapes
Instructions
Place 2 ice cubes in a blender.
Add the small banana sliced, peeled 2 fresh figs 1 and bunch of white grapes well washed.
Pour 1/4 cup of milk and mix.
This Smoothie provides a lot of energy and a lot of vitamin B1.
