Blended with tomato and celery
Instructions
Squeeze the lemon, add the tomato, celery and basil.
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
Blend everything together.

- 1 ripe tomato washed
- 2 ribs celery of without leaves washed into small pieces
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
