Instructions
Squeeze the lemon, add the tomato, celery and basil.
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
Blend everything together.

- 100 g of ripe tomato washed
- 100 g of celery chopped washed leafless
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
