Melon and mint smoothie
Instructions
Peel the melon, remove the seeds and split it into small cubes.
Gently wash the mint leaves, dry and chopped tagliuzzatele.
Put into Blender jug melon pieces and half water, puree until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the puree in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
Wash the Blender, dry, add the Mint syrup and mint leaves chopped and blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into a large glass and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 minutes.
Then very slowly pour over melon Smoothie and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 1000 g melon
- 1 dram of syrup mint liqueur
- 6 Leaflets = = Mint
- 30 cl of very cold water
