Spring mushrooms at the mint
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms from the soil, by wiping them with a wet cloth and cut them into pieces.
3 Sauté garlic in oil, drain and Sauté mushrooms to open flame, until they soften.
toss with fresh mint and after a few minutes, then add the crushed tomato pulp, salt and pepper.
To season, turn off the heat and let it sit.
