Instructions
Toast the pine nuts, then mash with herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper to obtain a sauce.
Salt and pepper each loin, wrap it on itself and wrap around two slices of bacon, stopping with a toothpick.
Brown them briefly in olive oil and serve with the sauce of pine nuts.

- 4 calf taken lombatine
- 8 slices bacon
- Some florets keep of fresh rosemary
- Thyme
- Basil
- 2 handfuls of pine nuts
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- White pepper
