Fruit salad with vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and then into wedges, wash the apricots, deprive them of the core and cut into slices.
Quickly wash the raspberries, blueberries and currants in ice water and drain on a tea towel, place them in a bowl, add the kiwi and the apricot, sprinkle with sugar, Maraschino, mix gently and let macerate for 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile prepare the ice cream: pour the milk into a pan, add the stick of vanilla and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, work the egg yolks with sugar, add, flush, the boiling milk, pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring almost to a boil until velerà the spatula; remove from heat, cool, remove the vanilla; pour into ice cream maker and program for the time indicated by the instructions.
Distribute fruit in dishes or cups, place the vanilla ice cream and serve.
