Summer Fruit Salad (Macedonia Estiva)
Instructions
Clean the melon half, removing the seeds and filaments, and then, using the special tool, cut the flesh into small balls, place in a bowl.
Put the melon is empty in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Shell the black currant and wash the berries.
Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice.
Cut the flesh into small cubes of watermelon and blend with the melon balls.
Add the currants, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir gently.
Remove the shell of melon from the fridge and fill it with fruit.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
