Instructions
Nectar and wash the hake, and salt and marinate in olive oil with the chopped leeks into rings.
After about 3 hours then drain, pass them in the breadcrumbs and accommodate you in an ovenproof dish, wet with the oil in the marinade.
Pass them under the grill preheated oven at 200 degrees, 5 minutes per side.
Apart from dilute desalted anchovy fillets in oil, mix the vinegar and soften with butter.
Accommodate the hake in the plates and cover them with sauce.
