Instructions
Use a large vase, wide mouth, pour a litre of olive oil of excellent quality and 20 whole cloves fresh garlic.
Place the jar in a cool, dark place.
After 4 months the garlic will have sold all its oil aroma and will be the ideal seasoning to season roasts, salads, soups and many other foods.
It simply just a spoon.

- 100 cl of olive oil of excellent quality
- 20 whole cloves of fresh garlic
