Omelet with artichoke with browse to stracciatella
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the salt, the stracciatella pugliese and little milk.
Sauté in a pan with a little butter the slices of artichokes; Add the egg mixture, milk and Milky cheese from Puglia and bake the omelet for a few minutes, beating the omelette on the edge of the pan.
Brush the pastry with the beaten egg and fill them with other stracciatella and anchovies water; Bake the oven for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with omelette, exfoliated to stracciatella.
Garnish with fresh basil.
