Frattau bread
Instructions
In a large pot boil water and soak the sheets of carasau bread, then cut them into wedges and place them on individual plates.
Drizzle with the sauce, 1 pinch of salt and grated cheese.
Prepare poached eggs and arrange one at the center of each plate.

- 3 ladles of tomato sauce
- 6 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 6 eggs
