Enriched pasta and beans
Instructions
Soak the beans for 12 hours, drain, cook covered in a crock pot with broth, a little olive oil, celery, 1 onion, tomato, if you need a little more broth.
Boil the pasta in salted water much tooth, meanwhile Sauté onion in oil, then drain the pasta and add to the beans with onion sauce and finish cooking.
Finish with parsley and pepper.
