Instructions
Toast the rice in a saucepan with butter, Deglaze with white wine and bring to cooking by combining the cream of milk after 10 minutes and a few Strawberry pieces.
Pass remaining strawberries in a pan with a little red wine vinegar, zeste (blanched peel) of lemon and Mint.
Serve the risotto.

- 150 g of rice
- 1 glass white wine
- 30 g of butter
- 100 G = = Cream
- 6 strawberries
- 1 lemon
- Mint
- Little of red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
