Broccoli with Olives (Broccoletti con Olive)
Instructions
Clean and wash the broccoli.
In a large saucepan pour 4 tablespoons oil and layering with half of broccoli.
Cover with half the sliced pitted olives, half of caciocavallo cheese and sliced onions all.
Make another layer of broccoli and remaining ingredients.
Add salt, pour flush 3 tablespoons oil and sprinkle with 1/2 glass of wine.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes without ever opening or stir.

- 1500 g of broccoli
- 75 g of green olives
- 75 g of black olives
- 70 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 200 g of scallions
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- White wine
