Instructions
Roll out the pastry thinly.
Clean and chop apples and leave to marinate in a reducing sugar, lemon, white wine, cinnamon, pine nuts and raisins.
Fill with this mixture the pastry, roll it up on itself and spennellarla with the egg.
Bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of short pastry
- 4 limoncelle apples
- 50 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 dram of white wine
- 1/2 lemon
- 10 pine nuts
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 egg
