Noodles with broccoli, beef marinated and baked ricotta
Instructions
Roll out a sheet of flour, egg and saffron.
Cut it like noodles and cook in salted boiling water with cime di broccoli.
Drain and sauté in a pan with a little oil and a clove of garlic.
