Till yolks foam with 4 tablespoons sugar; Add, always working, the chocolate and the melted butter in a Bain-Marie, 2 tablespoons flour, raisins wring, coarsely chopped walnuts, pine nuts and, finally, the egg whites.
With a generous spoonful of the mixture fill to one-half of round colored paper baking cups, medium-sized, and then cook them in a ventilated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, until that swell and form a scaly crust on the surface, with a tender heart.

- 80 g of butter
- 80 g of walnuts and pine nuts
- 30 g of sultanas soaked in liquor
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
