Tench with peas
Instructions
Clean the fish.
To braise in olive oil with garlic finely minced onion.
Let Cook for a few minutes the tench and blends them with wine.
Season with salt and add the tomato sauce.
To flavor and add peas, cook them about 15 minutes, adding, if needed, of the broth.

- 4 tench from 300 g
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- 300 g of frozen peas
- Dry white wine
- 1 ladle of tomato sauce and basil
- Vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
