Tortelli with white to grey cheese
Instructions
Make a paste of flour and egg roll out and fill them with fresh cheese spread, close it and derive the tortelli.
Cook in boiling salted water.
Fry the Diced Bacon in a pan, add the herbs and serve with the tortelli drained al dente.
