Aromatic salad with squid
Instructions
Clean squid julienne slim clip and burned in a pan with a little oil and garlic.
Serve them with a salad of sliced and gentilina dressed with oil, vinegar, basil, pine nuts, anchovies and red onion cut into rings and blanched for a few moments.

- 10 leaves of basil
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 2 anchovies
