Ziti with ' duja
Instructions
Brown garlic in oil, remove the onion finely minced, unite, a diced tomatoes and peppers, aromatic herbs; and after a quarter of an hour to join the ' nduja, mixing and turn off.
Boil the pasta, drain it al dente and the sauce mantecarla, finishing with the cheese shavings.

- 600 g of san marzano peeled tomatoes

- Thyme
- Mint
- 2 carmagnola ox-horn peppers red and green small
- 100 g of ' nduja
- 40 g of crotonese cheese
