Broccoli fried in rocket sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, mix well the beer, flour, salt and egg until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
Meanwhile in a separate container for the electric mixer, mix the mayonnaise, washed and dried Arugula and lemon juice until obtaining a homogeneous cremina.
Cut the edible parts of head of broccoli, wash them and dry them with kitchen paper.
Put them into the batter and distributive pattern a few times.
FRY in hot oil (180 degrees on the Fryer) for about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from oil, drain on paper towels and serve immediately on a serving dish along with the creamed Arugula.
Enjoy with a good fruity white or rosé.

- 1 head of broccoli (heads of 400 g)
- 60 g of flour
- 10 cl of beer
- 1 egg
- 10 cl of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 15 g of arugula salad
- 1 pinch of salt
- Frying oil
