Basil vinegar (5)
Instructions
Put the basil leaves in the jar for maceration and sprinkle with salt.
Bring to a boil the vinegar in a saucepan, then pour it boiling over the basil leaves in the glass jar.
Close the jar tightly and let soak for 3 days in a dark place.
Filter with a fine strainer and put in bottles closed with an airtight stopper.

- 90 g of fresh basil leaves
