Instructions
In a bottle of 100 cl with wide mouth, put the Basil clean; then fill up to his neck in vinegar and leave to stand for 10 days.
Cover again with the vinegar and allow to rest for 14 days.
Then filter the vinegar.
If you wish, you can add 4 cloves and lemon peel 2 to vinegar.

- Some leaves of basil
- 4 cloves (optional)
- 2 lemon peel (yellow part) (optional)
