Instructions
Pour into a bottle the vinegar and then add the thyme, mint, tarragon, coriander, black pepper corns, cloves, bay leaf, and then the stick of celery and coarsely chopped garlic clove.
Leave to infuse for 20 days and filter.
This vinegar is used to season sauces, fish, meat, or over omelets and scrambled eggs.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Some clumps of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper in grains
- 3 cloves
- 3 leaves of laurel
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 clove of garlic
