Champagne vinegar
Instructions
In a wooden barrel, pour the vinegar and the mother and let stand for 4 days.
Then pour the Champagne.
The barrel should not be corked tightly, but in such a way that air can exit without that neither dust nor insects from entering.
Store in a warm place for 3-4 months before consumption.
You can add truffle before imbottigliarlo 1.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 20 cl of mother of vinegar
- 500 cl of champagne wine
- 1 truffle (optional)
