Instructions

Put the blueberries in white vinegar and let stand in the cellar for 15 days by shaking the bottle occasionally.

Crush blueberries and pour in vinegar so the juice and the skins the Spice even more let infuse for 15 days.

Filter and store in a bottle.

This vinegar is suitable for decoration of meat and mixed salads.
