: broccoli fried black winter Dish and early spring, since, as the saying goes: ' Brocculi and predicaturi ' perdunu Easter products sapuri (broccoli and preachers after Easter forgiveness flavor).

This dish can also serve as partitions and seasoning for pasta.

Saute in oil pan thinly slice the spring onions, parsley and broccoli inflorescences.

Half-cooked mix the anchovy fillets into pieces, caciocavallo ragusano or pecorino with pepper, equally into chunks, toggles, a little salt and pepper.

Water with three glasses of red wine and cover the Pan: so drowned the broccoli will be ready when the wine is completely evaporated.

Accompany with the same fortified wine: rosso di Milazzo, from Nocera.
