00218 AVOCADO CREAM to 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS ANCHOVIES 4 avocados 8 anchovy fillets salt 1 lemon 4 tablespoons Creme Fraiche 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 strain of lettuces salt, pepper PROCEDURE Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and cut with a spoon, hold aside.
Puree the anchovies polpacon (remove the sale) curry and lemon juice.
Season with salt, pepper, cream and mix well.
