Stuffed lemon
Instructions
LEMON STUFFED 00258 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 lemons untreated, 200 g sardines in oil, 100 g butter, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 drops of tabasco, a sprig of dill, salt.
Wash the lemons, wash them and cut them in half lengthwise, svuotateli and make a killing in the pulp and the juice.
Drain the sardines and put them in the Blender, by joining the butter, pulp and lemon juice, dill, mustard and tabasco.
Add salt and, with this, mousse stuffed lemons emptied.
Decorated with a sprig of dill, and rest in the fridge (or freezer) for about ten minutes.
