Puff pastry with pumpkin and foie gras

00588 PUFF PASTRY with pumpkin and FOIE-GRAS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a roll of ready-made puff pastry, an orange, 100 g pumpkin, 60 g of foie gras, 100 ml of sweet wine, salt.
Cut the sliced squash, grate the orange zest and the juice spremetene.

Spread pumpkin mixture over the puff pastry and cover with a slice of foie gras.
Finally, season with the reduced wine and serve.
