Instructions

00588 PUFF PASTRY with pumpkin and FOIE-GRAS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a roll of ready-made puff pastry, an orange, 100 g pumpkin, 60 g of foie gras, 100 ml of sweet wine, salt.

Cut the sliced squash, grate the orange zest and the juice spremetene.

Put the pumpkin in a saucepan with the zest, the orange juice and a little water.

Add salt, and cook until it is tender.

Let cool.

Unroll the pastry and cut into, with the help of a pastry cutter or a glass, pieces of 5 cm in diameter.

Cook in the oven at a high temperature for 15 minutes, then let them cool down.

Place the wine in a saucepan on the heat and cook to evaporate half.

Spread pumpkin mixture over the puff pastry and cover with a slice of foie gras.

Finally, season with the reduced wine and serve.
