Instructions
In a bottom of celery, carrot and onion heads of shrimp toast; Deglaze with the wine and add water and salt; boil for 10 minutes and strain the broth.
Bake another carrot and celery cut into cubes in the comic.
Blanch shrimp tails.
Serve in martini Cup.

- 10 cl of white wine
- Olive oil
