Ham medallions (medaglioni di prosciutto)
Instructions
00051 HAM MEDALLIONS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 large slices of cooked ham, 4 slices of cheese, 4 large slices of pineapple, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, cognac, sugar.
Cut ham slices in half, place them on a baking sheet and top each place a slice of cheese and a slice of pineapple; Sprinkle pineapple with plenty of sugar and scottatele with a hot iron.
Pour over the pineapple juice, cognac set on fire and heated for a few minutes in hot oven.
Serve.
